(Put 2 heaping tablespoons of Chai in a steamer pitcher, add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of milk. Steam and then let steep for 4-5 minutes and strain.)

Organic Rainforest Chai:  (80R-A) Rainforest Chai is a caffeine-free blend of wild harvested Ramon Nuts and shade grown spices.  Ramon Nut grows in the largest protected rainforest in Central America and like coffee is actually the seed of a fruit.  This Chai has a creamy body and smooth cocoa flavor with zesty accents of ginger and cool cardamom to make a superb hot or iced chai latte.  The consumption of Ramon Nut supports the initiative for non-timber forestry products that protect the precious rainforests and the indigenous people’s ancestral lands.

Organic Rishi Marsala Chai:  (81R-A) This formula is based on traditional South Indian blending methods for Marsala Chai (Use 2 tablespoons per 12 ounces of water). 

Organic Rooibos Chai:  (82R-A)A Caffeine-free herbal blend of chai spices and 100% organic Rooibus. 

Indian Spice: (83H-A) Assam combined with cardamom and spices. (For 3 servings, combine one pint of milk with one cup of water; heat to 170 degrees; add in 3 teaspoon of Indian Spice tea; steep 4 minutes; strain. Serve with milk and honey.)
