Green Teas

Green Tea provides anti-oxidant health benefits, because it is made from un-oxidized leaves. Thus, it is one of your most flavorful and inexpensive sources of cancer fighting anti-oxidants. Along with foods such as berries, and spices such as turmeric, green teas support a "nutritional-based" way of managing the free radicals created by toxins in our food and environment. Antiseptic and anti-viral, it kills oral bacteria that can lead to colds and flus, fights degenerative disease, and supports immune function. Green tea tastes great, ranging from our organic green with Citrus and Ginkgo to our Bangkok Green (with coconut, lemon grass and ginger.) Green tea does contain caffeine, so we do offer it "decaf", as well. (unless otherwise noted, these teas are steeped at 180 degrees, for 3 minutes, and prepared with 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces of water.)
