White Tea is a Chinese specialty, pale and delicately fragrant. High in cancer fighting anti-oxidants, anti-aging, cooling and detoxifying, it has the lowest content of caffeine found in tea. It is also high in L-theanine, the amino acid, which promotes longevity and concentration.
(Unless otherwise noted, these teas are steeped at 180 degrees, for 3 minutes, and prepared with 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces of water.)

Chinese Mutan White: (58H-C) An introduction to rare white teas, with an abundance of silvery white buds and green leaves.

Organic Silver Needle: (59R-B) Silver Needle, known as Bai Hao Yin Zhen, is the most sought after white tea in China. It is harvested only for a few days each year in early spring north of the Min River in Fujian, China. These white tea bush varietals have been cherished for years for their medicinal properties.

Organic Silver Needle Osmanthus: (60R-C) Organic silver needle white tea infused with wild harvested Osthmantus blossoms (Guay Hua). Its rich bodied, nectar-like infusion has a sweet flavor and distinct flowery aroma.

Organic Silver Needle Wild Rose: (61R-C) Organic Silver Needle is blended with wild roses.

Organic White Peony: (62R-A) White Peony (Bai Mu Dan) is one of the classic, gentle white teas from the Fujiian province of China, often consumed during and after the meal in China. With less caffeine than green tea due its unique processing and season of harvest, it has a unique herbaceous aroma similar to steamed bamboo and toasted nuts. Overall, it is mild in flavor and low in astringency.

Organic Snow Buds: (63R-B) Organic Snow Bud (Xue Ya) is a clear infusion that offers a savory, sweet flavor and an aroma likened to toasted grains and baked sweet potato. This tea is hand harvested on the high mountain peaks in Fujian China; each leaf and bud is covered with silvery white down, thus, the name Snow Bud.

Organic Ancient Moonlight White: (64R-C) Moonlight White, from Yunnan China, has a refreshing character with delicate accents of fresh Honeysuckle and ripened melon; it yields a rich body that appears sweetened with honey. Moonlight White is a new tea from a project to restore Ancient Teas, the Jingmai Mangjing Ancient Tea Project. (Infuse: 5 – 7 minutes; 2 tablespoons per 8.5 ounces of water)

Organic Peach White: (65R-C) This delicate sweet infusion is prepared by combining flower scented white teas with the natural essence of succulent peaches, jasmine, and osthmanthus. A hint of orange and tangerine essential oils is also added.

Organic Plum Berry White: (66R-B) A succulent blend of plum and wild forest berries with white tea, includes organic blueberries, organic rose hips, organic schizandra berries, organic hibiscus, organic raspberries, organic jasmine flowers, natural lychee flavor and natural plum flavor.

Wedding Blend: (67H-A) A tea for marriage, this tea is a combination of Mutan White tea, a touch of lemon-vanilla flavor and pink rose buds and petals.

Casablanca Melon White: (68ST-A) Rare China white tea blended with the luxurious essences of sweet melon.

Strawberry White: (69ST-A) A High-grade China white tea flavored with strawberry.
